WOW. This is honestly the only good thing coming from that terrible game tonight. During half time of Game 5 Hov aired this commercial telling us that on July 4th he will drop "Magna Carta Holy Grail", which just continues this run of amazing music to come. Today I went on a rant about how I think Mac Millers album will be the best of June 18th, though I really think the buzz from that album will come to a much quicker end now that Hov is stealing the spotlight. To me this is an amazing move (I would have expected nothing less of the most amazing business man in the world anyways). He completely out of nowhere drops this album at a time where he can completely steal the spotlight.
P.s. Technically the album drops on July 4th. BUT only to people who have a Samsung phone or some bullshit. it will drop on iTunes and shit on the 7th I think.
P.P.S. This is only possible because Samsung bought the first 5 million copies for $5 a pop. So Hov made a cool $5 mill of an album that hasn't dropped yet, and nobody knew about until 9pm. lol
